Well, in response to your description's question, I did have the BrainScratch Seal of Quality in mind for about 03 years now, based off of Sega of America's Gold Seal of Quality, but that ended up becoming the shiny brain that was used in the BrainScratch 50000 logo, so I will leave that for somebody else to do, unless if I am truthfully motivated to develop a seal myself. Other than that though, this/these Seal(s) of Approval would work well on BrainScratch Game Covers.
Now, given that I do possess both a Genesis/Megadrive ROM Hack and Homebrew title in the works, of which will be involving BrainScratch Comms in full, I had wanted to ask far in advance if this/these Seal(s) of Approval may be used for the official game covers, by the time that getting to doing the covers' artwork comes around. Of course, the covers would only be used in the event that Reproduction Cartridges are developed and released, but it would be well worth the use regardless.
They are already aware that I have had a few ROM hacks and Homebrew concepts in the works (Sonic the Hedgehog: BrainScratch Edition, BrainScratch Street Fighter, RockBSC, and Final Fantasy VI: BrainScratch Type are just 04 of the projects that I possess in the works; they will possibly get renames later on), so this would not be a problem on their end or mine; As for selling, I would not do that for anything BrainScratch based, as we have never been forced to purchase any official material from them, and keeping this stuff free would also not deliver the trouble of piracy (Example: About 03 to 04 years ago, somebody from Russia was attempting to sell a physical copy of Sonic the Hedgehog Megamix version 03.00 on eBay, which is technically illegal, as it be a modification of a copyright title, and ROM hacks are strictly prohibited from being sold. Homebrew such as Pier Solar and the Great Architects, however, given that it was made using all original code and content, was able to be sold without worry of a Cease and Desist from Sega themselves, due to that.).
I do intend on making my own line of consoles at some point though, but if any titles from the BrainScratch Collection are ever released on them, they will be either ported and available right away, or available as games that were redone from scratch; Either way, it will be fun, once they are ready, I assure you.
Also, thanks for the allowance of me to use the Seal(s) of Approval. I might not make these covers until the titles are all complete, but I will show them off when I get to them.
